With each article we produce, we update a library dedicated to your media (writing rules, a pre-publication checklist, a log of corrections and why, prompts and agent workflows) and keep it at a private URL only you can open. It is not a file handed over once: it grows as articles accumulate, and whoever takes over can pull the latest version from the same URL.
What is inside: rules/ (a six-chapter standards document), prompts/ (drafting and checking prompts for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, with setup notes), skills/ (workflows and machine checks for Claude Code or Codex), log/ (one line per article: what changed and why). Updates are included in the article price.
Three ways to use it: read and share rules/ (human writers); paste prompts/ and rules/ into a chat project (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini); or pull the whole folder into Claude Code or Codex (we invite you to a private GitHub repository). Only the third reproduces our production flow including machine checks; the rules themselves are identical in all three.
In-house Pack — two tiers. Standard (¥50,000 trial, then ¥250,000 for set-up after the trial passes) moves our production flow to your media: the private URL with rules, prompts, skills (workflows and machine checks) and log, a setup procedure for Claude Code or Codex, a trial on one draft that includes a compatibility check, and the final set-up (10 business days). Lite (¥50,000 trial, then ¥100,000 set-up, 5 business days) delivers rules and prompts for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with a paste-in procedure and the same one-draft trial; the skills files are delivered but their setup and machine checks are not included, so it does not reproduce our flow. In both tiers we judge your editor's draft against the agreed must-pass criteria before touching it, and if the trial fails we stop and do not bill the set-up. Prices exclude tax; each stage is paid upfront.
What the pack adds to the library you already receive with articles: a setup procedure for your environment, a trial on one draft written by your own editor (in-house, or a freelancer bound by equivalent confidentiality; the pass criteria can include a cap on the editor's working time), and the final set-up. We do not write the trial article. Without the pack you still receive the library with every article; the pack adds the support to run it.
Rules Maintenance (optional) — after article orders stop, send us your in-house drafts and corrections and we update the library once a month with change reasons: up to 5 articles and 20 changes (differences up to 2,000 characters in total; articles up to 8,000 characters each), 3 questions, ¥50,000/month (tax excluded, paid upfront, month to month). Full fact-checking, rewriting your drafts and tool migration are not included.
Rights: we keep copyright in what we newly create in the library (standards document, writing rules, prompts, skills, update log); after payment you may copy, adapt and use it for your media without time limit or extra fees. This licence survives the end of maintenance and includes handing the library to contractors or a successor bound by equivalent confidentiality. Resale of the library itself is excluded. Your records stay at your private URL and are never used for other clients or our own products. When the engagement ends, we hand over the final version as an editable zip and close the private URL 30 days later; your licence to use what you received remains.
